At 99Customized, we want you to love your personalized fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please note that since custom-made apparel is unique to you, returns are primarily accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your 99Customized account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and labels remain attached to the garment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel to ensure trackable delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
